Client will only receive digital files of the commission, no physical item will be shipped

Only participate in any transaction if you are able to pay of your own (have your own e-money, e-wallet, mobile banking, etc.)

For now, all payments are based on IDR.

50% upfront payment is required 1x24 hours after final sketch approval, otherwise the commission will be canceled unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay

In the event of full payment, if the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid 2x24 hours, the commission will be canceled unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay

I only accept payments via OVO, Shopeepay, Gopay, and BTN (IDR Currency)

Client may cancel the order any time before upfront payment is made, and will forfeit the rights to the commissioned artwork at any stage

No cancel or refund after payment

Client may ask for refund only if the commission takes more than 1 month without progress.

The turnaround time will be approx 4~7+days (progress will start right away after upfront payment)

No deadline, there will be extra fee for rush

Updating or changing references is allowed during sketching stage

WIPs will be sent throughout the progress. Client are limited to 3 revision during the sketch-color stage, and 1 chance more for minor adjusment on finishing stage

Any further edit other than limited revision will be charged

Major changes are not allowed in the finishing stage.

Do not claim full credit to the artwork's creation even if you own the ownership

Reposting commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper credit is given

Publication purposes will be discussed together, privatization will be charged extra fees

Personal use and or commercial artworks are NOT authorized for use in any AI, NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

Private Commission Fee: +10% base price, if client don't want the commission to be published for portofolio or social media purposes

Commercial Commission Fee: +100% base price, for commercial use such as merchandise (art print, charms, pins), branding, v-tubing, etc

Rushed Commission Fee: If client need the commission to be done under 5 days. The fee will be discussed together (start from +10%)

Minor Revision Fee: If the client want a revision more than limited chances during the sketch or finishing stage. The fee will be dicussed together (start from +5%).
